When God Opens

He opened up the skies and brought down fire and flames.

He opened up the Heavens to let His glory reign.

He opened up a rock to satisfy thirsty mouths.

He opened up the seas to get His people out.

He opened up the prison to set Paul and Silas free.

He opened up the way for the adulterous’ to be clean.

He opened up a lunch and multiplied a boy’s gift.

He opened up the hearts of men who had nothing left.

He opened up the minds of Pharisees critically questioning.

He opened up the mouth of those who couldn’t speak.

He opened up the ears of the deaf and the mute.

He opened up the eyes of the blind man who couldn’t see.

He opened up the truth to those who had been deceived.

He opened up the world out of darkness to be free.

He opened up injustice and brought forth liberty.

He opened up the law and said….by grace you are made clean.

He opened up a way to lead men out of sin.

He opened up His arms….

And died…so we could live.

“What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open.”  ~  Isaiah 22:22
